Terms and Conditions for Start-Right-30 – BusinessGPS.ai Phase-0 Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Start-Right-30, a Phase-0 initiative definition service delivered by TechShifts Limited and its BusinessGPS.ai brand. By booking or using Start-Right-30, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Start-Right-30 service and any related materials, sessions, or deliverables provided by TechShifts Limited.
Where Start-Right-30 uses AI tooling (including Athena and other AI agents) as part of the engagement, the relevant AI-related terms below also apply.
2. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Start-Right-30 service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
3. Relation to OpenAI’s Terms (Use of Athena and Other AI Tools)
Start-Right-30 may make use of Athena and other AI-powered tools based on OpenAI’s GPT architecture as part of the service. To the extent that you use, access, or interact with such AI tools (including in workshops, online sessions, or shared workspaces), your use is wholly and fully subject to OpenAI’s usage terms and conditions.
You are required to review and agree to OpenAI’s terms, which can be found on OpenAI’s official website. By proceeding with Start-Right-30, you acknowledge that any AI components of the service are subject to those terms.
4. Usage at Your Own Risk
Your use of the Start-Right-30 service, including any AI tools used within it (such as Athena), is at your own risk. TechShifts Limited and any affiliated organisations have no liability to you whatsoever for any reason or cause, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This includes, but is not limited to, any advice, recommendations, interpretations, decisions, outputs, or data generated or discussed during the Start-Right-30 process. All outputs are intended as decision-support, not as guarantees of outcomes.
5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
As part of Start-Right-30, you may share documents, data, and other information, and may input information into AI tools (such as Athena or other OpenAI-based services). Data entered into those AI tools is handled in accordance with OpenAI’s data usage and privacy policies.
From a TechShifts Limited perspective:
TechShifts Limited and any affiliated companies do not have direct visibility into raw data entered into OpenAI-hosted interfaces, except where you explicitly share outputs or inputs with us (e.g. via documents, screenshots, exports, or shared workspaces you control).
Any information you share directly with TechShifts Limited (for example via email, file sharing, or collaboration platforms) will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the Start-Right-30 service and any agreed follow-on work, and will be handled with appropriate confidentiality.
You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data or documents used in the Start-Right-30 process.
6. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechShifts Limited and any affiliated organisations disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Start-Right-30 service.
This includes, without limitation:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or reputation
Any decisions you make, or choose not to make, based on outputs, insights, or recommendations from the Start-Right-30 service or associated AI tools
You remain solely responsible for your decisions and the outcomes of your initiatives and programmes.
7. Termination, Rescheduling, and Changes to Service
TechShifts Limited reserves the right to:
Decline, postpone, or terminate a Start-Right-30 engagement at any time where necessary (for example, for legal, ethical, operational, or conflict-of-interest reasons).
Reschedule sessions or adjust timelines by mutual agreement where required for practical reasons.
Where a paid engagement is terminated early by TechShifts Limited, any applicable refunds or credits will be handled in line with the specific commercial agreement or statement of work between TechShifts Limited and the client. Nothing in this section overrides any express refund or fee provisions agreed in writing.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
TechShifts Limited reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted or made available in connection with the Start-Right-30 service (for example on a website or booking page). Your continued use of Start-Right-30 after such changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
9. No Professional Advice
The Start-Right-30 service provides guidance, facilitation, and decision-support for transformation initiatives. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate independent professional advice before making any decisions that could have significant legal, financial, regulatory, or other consequences.
