BusinessGPSOwn the capacity to change.
For the change you have already committed to

Your build team
leaving
is the plan.
Your key people
leaving
isn’t.

Now your own team can build
the capacity that stays,
with agents,
alongside your integrator.

BusinessGPS sells software and AI agents that help your own team carry a committed change, starting with a fixed-fee Baseline.

Start with the Baseline

Facts first. The baseline reads your change’s own documents
and shows what is strong, what is weak and where to start, for a fixed fee.

The Baseline · £2,500, fixed

One change, graded from its own documents

Before you give your change more of your people’s hours, see where it stands. The Baseline grades the first 9 steps, each red, amber or green, and proposes where to start.

You keep the Baseline report, whatever you decide next. The tool you install stays on your own systems.

If the Baseline does not satisfy you and you ask within 30 days of payment, the £2,500 comes back in full.

Three moments when the Baseline is the next step

  1. Go-live has a date. The hours your own people must give the change were never taken off their day jobs. The Baseline shows, from your change’s own documents, where the change is weak and proposes where to start.
  2. A contract is ending. Your integrator’s contract ends on a date, and the hours its people bring end with it. Nobody owns what that work leaves behind yet. The Baseline shows, from your documents, what is in place and what is missing before that date.
  3. Your board asks whether the change is ready. Nobody can answer from evidence, and nobody has the hours to go and find it. The Baseline grades the first 9 steps from your change’s own documents. Every grade is traced to the document it came from.

Your change is committed. The hours for the change were never set free.

The change needs people, hours and attention. Your people still have their day jobs, and your finance lead still closes month-end. So the change runs on whatever hours are left over. When we say capacity, we mean exactly those hours: the working time your change can call on.

You fill part of the gap with hired help, led by your integrator. Hiring that help is the right call. Hired help comes with an end date.

One council, not a client of ours, asked for more budget for readiness work on its new system. The council’s own public paper says:

“The additional budget requested will be used to support the following critical readiness activities, which cannot be delivered within existing capacity or budget.”

Haringey Council, “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Replacement”, paragraph 4.4, 19 March 2026.

At that council, the missing hours came back as a request for more budget.

Agents now take manual work off your people, and your people keep the judgement

An AI agent is software set up to do one named task. On many single tasks, agents cut the effort and the time. The gain is largest on manual work:

  • reading and comparing programme documents
  • finding the gaps and contradictions between those documents
  • preparing evidence packs
  • writing first drafts of reports and plans
  • keeping the programme record current

Your people direct the agents, check what comes back and decide what is accepted.

The gain comes task by task. Your change still needs its plan and its governance.

We set the agents up for your team, and your own people run them. So part of the hours your change needs can come from the team you already have.

Hired hours end with the contract. What your team builds stays with you.

Your integrator’s people move on after go-live, as they should. The hours those people brought go with them.

The hours your own team makes with agents keep coming, because you keep what makes those hours:

  • the agents, set up for your team and the way you are organised
  • the software that runs the agents, installed on your own systems
  • the record of how the change was run: the evidence, the choices and the decisions

The record matters most on the day one of your own key people moves on. Whoever takes over can read what was decided, and on what evidence.

When a change ends, you review what the change achieved and keep its record. Your next change starts from that record, not from scratch.

That review cannot show what stays, because on the last day everything is still in place. So a year after go-live, with your integrator’s people gone, you check what stayed. You check what still runs on your accounts, and how much your own people use the agents.

Your own person, from outside the change team, signs the result, so nobody marks their own work. We see the result only if you send it to us.

Each change starts againTwo panels show three changes in a row. On the left, hired help arrives and leaves each time, and the level goes back to where it started. On the right, the same help leaves, and each change starts higher. What stays behind rises with each change. First, capacity kept. Second, capability held. Third, the record of decisions. The rise is the independence gained. Each change starts againHired helpChange 1Hired helpChange 2Hired helpChange 3The level goes back to where it started, each time. Each change starts higherEach change starts higherHired helpChange 1Hired helpChange 2Hired helpChange 3123Help still leaves, as it should. An illustrative concept, not a measured comparison.

Your integrator keeps its work. Your team’s part runs alongside.

Nothing here replaces your integrator. You chose that firm for a reason, and the firm is good at the work.

Your integrator designs and builds the system. Your team, with agents, prepares, checks and records the work on your side. Your team also answers the questions only your business can answer.

Where a job still needs a senior specialist from outside, we say so. You decide who does what, on both sides.

On our side, you deal with three people, and here are their names

  • Jeremy White holds the first conversation with each new customer and checks the fit.
  • Joe Cadden handles delivery support.
  • Chris Hearnshaw is our chief technology officer.

The tool you buy from us is installed on your side. You keep the Baseline report and the tool installed, whether or not you go on paying us.

Transformation Capability Management is a proposed standard, custodied by BusinessGPS. Read the standard, and hold us to it.

The long argument for owning the capacity to change is in our manifesto, which carries no prices and no buy button. Read the manifesto by its headings in five minutes.

You start with the Baseline: one change, graded step by step, in a report you keep

The Baseline report is what you keep, whatever you decide next: your grades in writing, and a proposed place to start. With the report in your hand, you can decide which gap to close first, before you commit more hours or more money.

We map the life of a change in 27 steps. The Baseline grades where your change is now on the first 9 steps, each red, amber or green.

The Baseline draws on Transformation Capability Management, the standard named above.

You install the tool and run the Baseline yourself. If you can install a zip file or a DMG, you can get the Baseline working. So you need no support from us to start.

The map of the Baseline tool, headed 9 of 27 selected, with Assessment map chosen. One row, Strategy, holds steps 1 to 9, all selected, from Business Context to Initiative Planning.
This is a real screen of the tool you install, before a run. The 9 steps selected are the 9 a Baseline grades.

Because you run the tool yourself, your grades are the same whether you buy the next step from us or not. You brief your board, your team and your integrator from the same facts.

When you install the tool, your documents do not come to us. So no file of yours sits with a firm you have only just met.

We ran the Baseline on ourselves first, and three of our 9 steps came out red

Red steps 5, 8 and 9 are listed below in plain words, in that order.

Our own Baseline report is open to read. The report is BusinessGPS, assessed by our own Baseline as at 29 September 2026, on steps 1 to 9 only. Those are the same steps yours would be graded on. The three red steps:

  • Carrying the change to the people who must use it. Each area has a named owner, and nobody is yet tasked with carrying the change to those people.
  • Planning the approach. The work our agents do is measured, and the measure is not yet used to decide where effort goes. Our risk register has not been updated since February.
  • Readiness to launch. Readiness is assessed and fails our own gate. A launch calendar exists, and the channel plan is incomplete.

The report proposed where to start: with the first, because on its scoring the other two are held down until it is in place. A person decides whether to start there. The report also shows, gap by gap, the manual work agents can take on.

A Baseline that only flatters is no use to a finance director.

Every score in our report is generated from evidence graded by Athena, our assessment agent.

Read ours before you spend anything on yours.

You buy one step at a time, and you can stop after any step

Nothing continues without your word. Here is each step, and its fee.

  • The Baseline, £2,500, fixed. Your change graded step by step, in a Baseline report you keep.
  • The Plan, £2,500, fixed. What to do about each gap, and the skills, resources and capabilities needed to close it. The tool you already installed makes the Plan.
  • System On, from £15,000. We set up our system and agents around your team, to carry out the change you agree with us. The price depends on how many people use the system, how long it runs, the size of your change and the number of agents. You get your own figure in writing before you commit.

Every fee on this page is plus VAT or sales tax, as applicable.

Here is the whole bill. Take each step within 30 days of your last payment, and the £5,000 for the first two comes off the price of System On. The three steps together then cost what System On alone costs: from £15,000 in all. If more than 30 days pass before your next payment, the fees you paid earlier no longer come off.

To run the tool, you connect your own AI model service and pay its provider yourself. That cost is not ours to quote.

If the Baseline or the Plan does not satisfy you, the fee for that step comes back in full. You keep the Baseline report or the Plan, and what you installed, without updates.

To cancel, email us within 30 days of payment. Tell us which step you are cancelling and, in a sentence, why. Your reason helps us improve; it does not affect your refund.

The address is help@techshifts.io. BusinessGPS is a trading name of TechShifts Media Limited.

Each payment includes 30 days of maintenance, which means upgrades and fixes. After that, maintenance costs 20% a year of the fee for the step you are on if you want it, and never starts by itself. Stop paying for it, and everything stays installed, without the updates.

As a charter customer, one of our first customers, you speak to us once before you pay anything. The Baseline page says why. You pay by card or by purchase order.

The detailed terms, with the worked sum, are on one short page: read the terms.

Larger jobs come after the Baseline and the Plan. They are on one page: the packages.

Your next step is one free 30-minute call with Jeremy White

Here is what happens, in order, and what it costs.

  1. You apply, on a short form.
  2. A person reads your application and replies within 2 working days, with a date for one conversation.
  3. Jeremy White holds that conversation: 30 minutes, by video call, and it costs nothing. You find out whether your change is one the Baseline can read.
  4. The conversation also checks that your IT policy allows the install, and that your AI policy lets you use your own AI model service. So you never pay for a tool your policies would stop you running.
  5. On your yes, you pay the Baseline’s fixed fee of £2,500, by card or by purchase order. It covers your organisation’s own use, on any change of yours.
  6. You install the tool and run your Baseline yourself, at your own pace. Plan to run it in your first 30 days, so you can judge it while the refund is open.

Your change carries on while you decide. The Baseline tells you where it stands.

Your change is running now, on whatever hours are left over. Waiting does not tell you where it stands.

The Baseline does. Your grades come from your own documents, in a report you keep. One sponsor can start one.

Take our word for nothing. Test us on your own documents.

The Baseline page sets out what you get, what you pay and how you get out.
